Approval Process
Each Test Center will need to be approved by iTEP International. This process usually takes about two weeks and requires: 1) completing this application; 2) signing agreements; 3) certifying proctors; 4) purchasing a minimum number of test IDs (25 min). If a Test Center is found to be operating outside any of the protocols listed in the signed agreement, the Test Center account will be frozen and put under review by iTEP International. Any breach in protocol may result in the termination of this agreement and a stop in all iTEP-related activities.

Security:
We require that anyone who administers or oversees the exam be trained as a certified proctor. Each proctor will need to sign the iTEP Proctor Agreement and complete a proctor quiz online, prior to administering any iTEP exam. During any given administration, the ratio of students to proctors must not go above 20:1. Additionally, each computer used for testing of students will be required to have an active webcam. This will be used to periodically take photos of test-takers to ensure security of the internet-based test.
