Roger Riske, PhD
Roger Riske was president of ERDT for 30 years, retiring from that position in 2007. Roger was an English teacher with the U.S. Peace Corps in Tunisia from 1964-1967. He obtained his Ph.D. In International Relations from UCLA in 1979 and taught courses in the Department of Political Science and Graduate School of Education from 1979-1989.
Thomas Shandorf is the owner and director of the American Language Center (Istituto Americano) in Florence, Italy, and Via Lingua International and has held various management positions with ELS Language Centers.

Hui Wu, PhD
Dr. Hui Wu serves as Chair of the Department of Literature and Languages at the University of Texas at Tyler overseeing academic programs in English, Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Philosophy, Religion, Asian Studies, as well as the University’s Writing Center. Dr. Wu is an eminent scholar holding a Ph.D. in English from Texas Christian University.
